Education
Kenneth M. Wasche received an Associate in Applied Science, Financial Management from the Community College of the Air Force in 1988. Mr. Wasche graduated Summa Cum Laude from Park College located in Parkville, Missouri in 1989 with an undergraduate Bachelor of Science degree in Management. Mr. Wasche graduated from William Mitchell College of Law in St. Paul, Minnesota with a Juris Doctorate degree and promptly took and passed the Professional Responsibility exam and the Bar exam during his first sitting.
Work History
After working during high school for his family’s commercial painting company, Mr. Wasche spent four years in the United States Air Force stationed primarily in Phoenix, Arizona. Mr. Wasche worked as a financial management specialist for the USAF. After an honorable discharge, Mr. Wasche returned to work for the family business as a construction estimator, project manager and chief financial officer. During this time, the family business became the 12th largest painting, wallcovering and industrial coatings contractor in the United States. In 1996, Mr. Wasche opened his own law firm where he concentrated on business and corporate matters as well as family law matters. Mr. Wasche has represented over 1,000 individual and business clients in over 2,000 separate legal matters, including litigation, contract drafting, business formation and corporate governance advising. Mr. Wasche has conducted many trials, including shareholder litigation, contract disputes, employment disputes, real estate disputes, and divorce and custody disputes. Mr. Wasche has argued over 250 individual motions to decision during his litigation career, including motions to dismiss, summary judgment motions, temporary injunctions, interim orders, discovery disputes, and motions in limine.
